This is an aggressive Program.  You can't go it alone, and the good news is you won't have to.  You'll be assigned to a team from the very first day, selected by geographic location, functional expertise, academic strengths and breadth of experience.  Effective teaming allows students to get it all done. Together you act as one unit. As you come to rely on your teammates for their specific strengths, they will rely on you.

The study team approach has been acknowledged to build leadership skills and a strong commitment to collaborative learning – skills necessary in today’s business environments. By sharing their rich and varied business experiences, study teams enhance the educational value of the program and begin building the lifelong ties of our alumni network.

Each study team is self-managed, provides continual support throughout the 20-month Program, and allows each member to contribute his or her strengths and improve on his or her weaknesses.
