What are we looking for?  Our typical successful applicant is a full-time working professional, who's had a successful career so far and is looking to move to the next level. Average number of years of professional experience: 10 to 13. Average number of years of managerial experience: 7. 

Our students come from a variety of backgrounds, which we encourage. You may be an engineer who wants to move into management, or a military officer seeking to further your military career or transition successfully into the civilian world.  Perhaps you are a doctor or a lawyer who wants to be able to speak "business" or manage your own practice or firm better.  You might be a financial analyst who wants to further her career, or an entrepreneur who wants the tools to grow his business.

Those who succeed in our Program are energetic, positive people who have a strong drive to succeed.  They are willing to work hard and work together to accomplish their goals.  Very importantly, they have the support at home and at work that is so key to success in the Executive MBA Program.
