The Executive MBA Program is a 20-month academic experience that is intellectually challenging, intentionally intense, internationally focused and purposefully collaborative.

The William and Mary Executive MBA Program is designed to help mid-level and executive management professionals maintain a high level of productivity while earning their MBA credential. Students realize a broad foundation of skills necessary to analyze and solve problems across the diverse functional areas of business and to approach business challenges from a strategic point of view. They gain a comprehensive understanding of organizations and the skills needed to work successfully with others, manage change and lead groups.
