Courtney had a full-time job, two small children and was pursuing her passion as a tri-athlete when she enrolled.  The key to balancing her ambitions, she says, was staying well organized – and, more importantly, the encouragement of a very supportive husband.  As director for a government contractor and aspiring entrepreneur, Courtney selected the Executive MBA Program to further complement her undergraduate and post-graduate work with a greater business knowledge.  “It was a challenge, and I’m glad I did it,” she says.  “I hope to be a role-model for my children, especially my daughter, to always encourage them to set the bar higher.”
