The Center for Corporate Education offers executive education programs open to the general public. Most courses are one to three days in length and are held at our Peninsula Center, located in Newport News at Oyster Point.
Upcoming courses will cover a variety of business topics, including:
- Six Sigma Briefing: Get an inside look at today's leading global management initiative. Discover the tools and methodologies that have gained national attention. Hear success stories and learn the cost benefits of deployment and roles of yellow, green and black belt leaders.
- Financial Analysis for Nonfinancial Managers: Are you charged with making project-related decisions, often involving costs or revenues? This course will help you understand how financial decisions are made and how to successfully articulate your company's financial posture.
- Six Keys to Winning the Complex Sale: This course is designed to equip sales professionals with the latest tools and techniques for immediate and sustainable results. If you are a sales manager or executive trying to reach quarterly and annual quotas or trying to win a multitude of opportunities your company cannot afford to lose, this course is designed for you.
Additionally, we offer a GMAT Course for students preparing for admission to an MBA program of their choice. In Spring 2008 this course will be offered on the main campus in Williamsburg.
