Customization Process

The CCE brings together expert faculty and custom-designed programs to create a learning experience that offers you the business tools you need to complete your professional portfolio.

Programs can be delivered at our campus, at the company's location or another location of the company's choosing.

Step One:  Research & Discovery Phase

  • Assess company needs, issues, problems through a series of meetings with Program Director

Step Two:  Content Development & Program Design Phase 

  • Consult with faculty, determine learning objectives, course topics to be covered, framework for delivery and course curriculum

Step Three:  Delivery & Evaluation

  • Deliver program at selected site, incorporate turn-key options for companies who desire additional leisure components, follow-up with evaluations and debriefs
