Stephen is an audit partner in Deloitte's Energy and Resources practice where he serves multinational clients involved with electric generation, gas and electric distribution and pipelines and participates in technical consultation.  He also has experience serving manufacturing companies and universities.  Stephen joined Deloitte in 1986 and has worked in Pittsburgh, Richmond and Washington.  He is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
