Scott Moss is a Partner with Cherry, Bekaert & Holland and currently serves as the Managing Director of the firm’s Transaction Services Group where he has oversight responsibilities for all Cherry, Bekaert & Holland due diligence and business combination assignments.  While working closely with both strategic and financial buyers, Scott has successfully orchestrated domestic and international due diligence assignments in many industries, including manufacturing and distribution, governmental contracting, food and beverage, business services, healthcare, life sciences and transportation with cumulative transaction values in excess of $2 billion. 

Scott has more than 17 years of public accounting experience in both assurance and tax services, and he is currently serving his second three-year term on the CB&H Executive Board.

Scott received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the College of William & Mary in 1989. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA) and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA).
